In the New Mexico desert, a group of the world’s top scientists and their families have been cut-off from the outside world. Their mission is top secret and their goal is to develop the one thing that may end World War II – the atomic bomb. WGN America’s new drama, Manhattan, shines a light on what it was like to be on the inside of the Manhattan Project.
The cast and creators gathered at The Paley Center for Media this past week and talked about their new series. On hand were cast members Olivia Williams (Rushmore), Daniel Stern (Home Alone), John Benjamin Hickey (The Good Wife), Rachel Brosnahan (The Blacklist), and creator Sam Shaw and Executive Producer Thomas Schlamme.
