This fall, Syfy will debut its new mini-series, Ascension, which chronicles a group of Americans sent into space in the 1960s. Tricia Helfer (Battlestar Galactica) plays Viondra Denniger, one of the spaceship’s passengers. OHSOGRAY talked with Helfer about her new role and the chances that she might guest star on pal Katee Sackhoff’s Longmire. In addition to her acting talent, Helfer is known for her dedication to animal protection causes and shared some of her favorite organizations.
