I thought I’d do a confessional on something that I’ve held inside for far too long. I am….obsessed with….HGTV’s International House Hunters. Does anyone else share my affliction? I completely get that the house selection process is staged, and that doesn’t matter to me at all. I just love watching the various places that one could live around the world and marveling at how cheap these housing markets are compared to Los Angeles. And it’s like HGTV has a never ending supply of new episodes. They show a new episode every week night. What I always wonder is what these people do when they move and telecommute. Do they all work in web design??
If you’ve never watched the show, but want to fantasize about picking up and moving to a Harry Potter-esque cottage in the French countryside…I recommend checking it out. Just don’t blame me if you become addicted.
